Exact SDP relaxations for quadratic programs with bipartite graph structures
For nonconvex quadratically constrained quadratic programs (QCQPs), we first show that, under certain feasibility conditions, the standard semidefinite (SDP) relaxation is exact for QCQPs with bipartite graph structures.
